I'm not calling it a graduation! But it was a fun day :) All three kindergarten classes sang a song together and then they passed out several different awards. (Brooklyn is at the very left of the top row)
To complete kindergarten our district requires the kids to learn to read and spell 60 sight words. Brooklyn got an award for learning 200!
Brooklyn and 7 other kindergarten students received the Principal's Award which was for getting the equivalent of A's all year long.
And if that wasn't enough awards, they got a Completion of Kindergarten certificate. Here's part of her class:
Brooklyn loved having Mrs. Martinez as her teacher. She was always making pictures for her and drawing about her nice teacher. Brooklyn is into writing "so" several times. In light of that, Brooklyn loved kindergarten so so so so so so so so so much!

Pete I am so so so so so so so proud of you. You have done such a super job at school. I love you and you will have to show me all of the awards you got. Maybe mommy can frame them and take down all of your stinkin Hanana Montana posters. Love you.
